    Thank you for shopping with Caricature You. We aim to ensure every
    order is delivered safely, quickly, and with full transparency. Please
    read the information below regarding how we process and deliver both
    physical and digital items.

    📦 Processing & Production Time

    All caricatures are custom-made and require design time before shipment.

    Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped.
    If revision requests are made, this timeframe may extend, as we want
    your artwork to be exactly how you envisioned it.

    Once your item has been approved for completion, it will proceed to
    print and dispatch


    🚚 Shipping Methods & Costs

    All physical products are shipped via Australia Post Express.

    ✨ Shipping costs are included in the price of all physical products —
    no additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.


    🌍 Delivery Locations

    We proudly ship:

    - Australia-wide, and
    - Internationally

    Delivery times vary based on destination and postal services in your region.


    🕐 Estimated Delivery Timeframes

    Once dispatched, estimated express shipping timeframes are:

    Australia: 1–3 business days

    International: Delivery times vary by country and carrier (typically 7–21 days)

    Please note: these are estimates provided by Australia Post and are
    outside of our control once your parcel has been shipped.


    ✉️ Tracking Information

    Tracking details will be sent via email as soon as your parcel is shipped.

    You can follow your parcel’s journey via the Australia Post tracking portal.


    📦 Digital Files (If Purchased)

    Digital caricature orders are sent via email and/or secure download link.

    No shipping fees apply

    Delivery of digital files does not involve any physical packaging or
    delivery service


    🧾 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Items

    All physical products leave our facility in perfect condition and
    safely packaged.

    In the rare instance that your parcel is:

    - delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, we will assist you in lodging an
    investigation with Australia Post.

    As delivery issues occur outside our control, we do not resend or
    reprint items once they have been shipped. We will, however, provide
    any necessary support to help resolve courier-related issues.


    🏠 Customer Responsibilities

    Please ensure:

    - Your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout

    - Someone is available to receive delivery, or you have safe drop
    settings enabled

    - We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
